At long last, our much-anticipated and all women-themed collection of sea shanties album, "She Shanties," is out NOW! We had a blast making this album and you can hear it in the mix! We were very fortunate to return to Acadia Recording Studio and record for the 4th time with Sound Wizard Jason Phelps, with mastering by Pat Keane. We also got to work with some dear friends and very talented musicians, including Amanda Neves on fiddle, Sam Atwood on cajon, and feature Portland's own Cyndi Lou on drums for the track "The Pretty Drummer Boy." The album art was created by our very own Faire B. Rapscallion (Fairen Stark) and, as ever, is emblazoned with the Shank Painters' Jolly Roger. The rest of the album art is pretty great too... get yourself a physical copy through our online shop or at your local Bull Moose Music! Lastly, we THE BIGGEST of thank yous to you: thank you so much for listening and supporting our band over the years, whether its been coming to a show, streaming our music, or sharing our music with friends and family. YOU are what keep these songs of trials and tribulations, fair winds and foul winds, and history alive with your interest and enthusiasm. We hope to see you at a show soon!
Fair winds and following seas, and our eternal gratitude,
